Meet Dr. Tonia
The Communication Coach
Dr. Tonia helps business leaders and teams to think and communicate on a global level. Her experiences living in Japan, Italy, South Africa, and across the country allows her to bring valuable cultural experiences when discussing intercultural business communication. Her warm approach and educational background help clients to share their stories with confidence.
Backstory
Early on Dr. Tonia realized she loved to speak and her effectiveness as a communicator was a key to opening doors and achieving success.
The demand for communication training, beyond academia, prompted the formation of Pala Communication in 2005, a consulting company that empowers professionals to attain new heights by improving verbal communication skills. Today she is the CEO of Phanor Consulting, where she works with individuals who are leaders in business, media, and entertainment to improve their communication skills.
