PUBLIC SPEAKING is the process of addressing a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain.

In these tough economic times, the demand for public speaking training has increased dramatically as competition for job interviews and business sales intensifies.

TRAINING FACILITATOR, Graham Kay, holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Management, a LAMDA Diploma in Public Speaking and is also an NVQ Assessor.

Combining his Business Support and Marketing background with his 16 years experience as a qualified Adult Education Teacher, he has developed and delivered public speaking programmes to a variety of audiences.

Graham is also a member of the Institute for Learning and the Institute of Consulting.
